Severe asthma difficult to treat with steroids:

This clinical trial is designed for patients with asthma, which has been difficult to treat with inhaled steroids. This study looks at two different doses of Xolair® as compared to placebo in patients who have good lung capacity, are on inhaled steroids, yet continue to have problems with their asthma. Moderate to severe asthma inadequately treated with Xolair®:

This clinical trial is designed for patients with moderate to severe persistent asthma, which has been inadequately controlled with Advair®. This study looks at adding Xolair® to ongoing treatment with Advair®.

Moderate to severe asthma treated with novel anti-inflammatory:

This clinical trial is designed for patients with mild to moderate asthma. Treatment is with a novel anti-inflammatory drug known as MN-001 (tipelukast).
